◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will not accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
