◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the event of an exchange due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if this deadline is exceeded.
