◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
