When delivering to remote island areas, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to the system, an email will be sent with an amount that does not include the fee on the order screen and in the automatic confirmation email after your order.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you, so please be aware of this in advance.

We will inform you of any additional shipping charges, including for pre-ordered items, before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or used or washed products.

3. In the event of an exchange due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping / re-shipping fees) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
