◼️Special Provisions for Returns

1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).

We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
