◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other regions.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you. Please understand this in advance.

For separate shipping fee notifications, including for pre-order items, we will notify you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except for products with defects, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not allowed)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all expenses (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. After receiving the product, you must contact us and return it within 3 days.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are shipped separately, shipping charges may apply for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
This applies, for example, if you purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is subject to shipping charges below ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is also subject to shipping charges below ¥10,000.
If the conditions for each item are met, no shipping charges will be incurred for individual shipments.
