◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other regions.
When shipping to remote island areas, regardless of the total amount of your order, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.
*This also applies to free shipping.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

For pre-ordered items, notifications regarding additional shipping fees will be sent before shipment.
Additionally, you can contact us before placing your order to inquire about the charges.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Cancellations for pre-ordered items are generally not accepted)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items with tags attached.
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping thereof
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the total amount of your purchase (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) results in separate shipments, shipping charges may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchase amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax) and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each individual item, shipping fees will not be incurred for individual shipments.
