◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other regions.
When delivering to remote island areas, regardless of the total purchase amount, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the standard shipping fee.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
You can also inquire about the fees before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns are not accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and we ship them separately, shipping fees may apply to each item depending on the purchase amount (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges).
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item costing less than ¥10,000 (excluding tax) at ¥9,900 (excluding tax) and a pre-order item costing less than ¥10,000 (excluding tax) at ¥9,900 (excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
