◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*This also applies to orders with free shipping.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you. Thank you for your understanding.

For pre-ordered items, we will inform you of any separate shipping fees before shipping.
Additionally, you can inquire about the fees before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanged items must also be unused (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this period.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items, and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and if the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are sent separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the product amount purchased.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs shipping fees (e.g., ¥9,900) and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs shipping fees (e.g., ¥9,900).
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping fees will not be incurred for individual shipments.
