◼️We share inventory with other stores, so there is a rare possibility that an item may already be sold out. Please be aware of this before considering a purchase.

Also, it takes about 5 to 7 days to retrieve items from the regular warehouse stock.

There may be slight variations depending on shipping conditions from the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping costs, including for reserved items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can provide you with the charges.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns will not be accepted for customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for various expenses (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on their price (items eligible for free shipping and items subject to shipping fees), shipping fees may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchase amount of the item.
For example, this applies if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item costing less than ¥10,000 (excluding tax) and a pre-order item costing less than ¥10,000 (excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each individual item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
