◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, regardless of the amount of your purchase, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Cancellations of pre-ordered items are generally not possible.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
