When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount, in addition to the shipping fee.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if this deadline is exceeded.
