◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We regretfully cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the event of an exchange due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping/re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival.
