◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
