1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellation of pre-order items is generally not possible)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.
