◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

Regarding notification of additional shipping fees, including for pre-order items, we will inform you before shipping.
Additionally, you can inquire about the charges before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or products that have been used or washed, will not be accepted for exchange.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
