Also, it takes about 5 to 7 days to procure items from our normal warehouse stock.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
For deliveries to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the amount of your purchase.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will re-calculate the shipping fee and inform you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or used or washed items will not be accepted for exchange, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival and return the item.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on product price (whether they qualify for free shipping or incur shipping costs), shipping fees may be charged for each item depending on the total price of the items purchased.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be charged for individual shipments.
