◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

For pre-ordered items, we will notify you of the separate shipping fee before shipping.
Additionally, you can inquire about the fees before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellation of pre-ordered items is generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted for exchange, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately (depending on whether the product amount qualifies for free shipping or incurs a shipping fee), a shipping fee may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax) + a pre-order item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax).
If each item individually meets the conditions, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
