Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas. When delivering to remote island areas, in addition to shipping fees, the following "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the amount of your purchase.

Special provisions regarding returns

1. We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, except in the case of defective products. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock. Also, we will only accept unused items (with tags attached). Please be aware that we will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, various costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
