◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other regions.
When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will re-calculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping charges, including for pre-ordered items, before shipment.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellation of pre-ordered items is generally not possible.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will not accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on their individual product value (whether they qualify for free shipping or incur a shipping fee), shipping fees may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchase amount.
For example, this applies when you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item with a shipping fee of less than ¥10,000 (excluding tax) at ¥9,900 (excluding tax) and a pre-order item with a shipping fee of less than ¥10,000 (excluding tax) at ¥9,900 (excluding tax).
If each item meets the conditions individually, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
