◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even when shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding notification of additional shipping fees, including pre-order items, we will inform you before shipment.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can provide you with the exact cost.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except for products with defects, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if this deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on their price (eligibility for free shipping vs. subject to shipping fees), shipping fees may apply to each item individually.
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item with a shipping fee under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) and a pre-order item with a shipping fee under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping fees will not apply to individual shipments.
