◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding notification of additional shipping fees, including for pre-order items, we will inform you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before ordering, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, we only accept unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of an exchange due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items at the same time, and the product amount (amount eligible for free shipping and amount subject to shipping charges) is shipped separately, shipping charges may be incurred for each item shipped depending on the purchased product amount.
This is the case, for example, when simultaneously purchasing an in-stock item that incurs shipping charges under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) + a pre-order item that incurs shipping charges under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping charges will be incurred for individual shipments.
