◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and automatic confirmation email after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

For reserved items, notification of separate shipping fees will be made before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-ordered items
Please note that if you purchase pre-ordered items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately (for amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees), shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchase amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000, and a pre-ordered item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000.
If each item meets the conditions, shipping fees will not be incurred for individual shipments.
