◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
For deliveries to remote island areas, regardless of the purchase amount, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.
*This also applies to free shipping cases.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you. Please be aware of this in advance.

For pre-order items and separate shipping fee notifications, we will inform you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before ordering, we can provide you with the charges.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns will not be accepted for customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items at the same time, and if the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are sent separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the product amount purchased.
This applies, for example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
