Due to system limitations, the order screen and automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include the fee.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not permitted)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, only unused items (with tags attached) will be accepted.
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are shipped separately, shipping charges may apply for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 that incurs shipping charges (¥9,900 excluding tax) + a pre-order item under ¥10,000 that incurs shipping charges (¥9,900 excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping charges will be incurred for individual shipments.
