◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Regarding notification of additional shipping fees, including for pre-order items, we will inform you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases of product defects. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items, and shipping
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are sent separately, shipping charges may apply at the time of each shipment depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item costing ¥9900 (excluding tax) with a shipping charge (below ¥10,000) and a pre-order item costing ¥9900 (excluding tax) with a shipping charge (below ¥10,000).
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping charges will be incurred for individual shipments.
