◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even for free shipping.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you, so please be aware of this in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for reserved items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with smells such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on their individual product prices (amounts qualifying for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges), shipping charges may be incurred for each shipment depending on the purchase amount of the individual items.
For example, this applies if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (tax excluded) that is subject to shipping for items under ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (tax excluded) that is subject to shipping for items under ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping charges will not be incurred for individual shipments.
