In addition, it takes about 5 to 7 days for us to retrieve items from our regular warehouse stock.

There may be some fluctuations due to shipping circumstances from the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

For reservations, including separate shipping notifications, we will inform you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can provide you with the fee.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Advance reservation products are generally non-cancelable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, used items, or washed items will not be accepted, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, various costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items simultaneously, and if the item amounts (free shipping eligible amount and shipping cost eligible amount) are shipped separately, shipping costs may occur for each item depending on the purchased item amount.
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) with a shipping cost of ¥9,900 and a reserved pre-order item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) with a shipping cost of ¥9,900.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping costs will not occur during individual shipments.
