◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*This also applies to cases where shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding notification of additional shipping fees, including for reserved items, we will inform you before shipping.
Additionally, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations are generally not permitted for pre-order items.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / reshipment fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items at the same time, and the product amount (free shipping amount and shipping fee applicable amount) is shipped separately, shipping fees will be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, this applies when you purchase an in-stock item for which shipping costs are incurred for items under ¥10,000 (¥9900 excluding tax) + a reserved order item for which shipping costs are incurred for items under ¥10,000 (¥9900 excluding tax) at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fees will be incurred for individual shipments.
