For deliveries to remote island areas, regardless of the total purchase amount, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
Please note that we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify affected customers.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted for exchange, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and if the item prices (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are such that they are shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item at the time of shipping, depending on the price of the purchased items.
(Example) If you purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) for which shipping would be incurred (e.g., ¥9,900) and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) for which shipping would be incurred (e.g., ¥9,900) simultaneously.
If each item individually meets the conditions, no shipping fee will be incurred when they are shipped individually.
