◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the amount of your purchase.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to the system, an email will be sent on the order screen and in the automatic confirmation email after your order, with the amount excluding the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you, so please understand this in advance.

Regarding notification of separate shipping fees, including pre-ordered products, we will do so before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before ordering, we can tell you the fee.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations of pre-ordered products are generally not allowed)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, it is limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or used or washed products, will not be accepted.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, various costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. After the product arrives, please be sure to contact us and return it within 3 days.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping thereof
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and ship them separately (if the product amount is eligible for free shipping and eligible for shipping charges), shipping charges will be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) with a shipping fee under ¥10,000 + a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) with a shipping fee under ¥10,000.
If the conditions for each item are met, no shipping charges will be incurred for individual shipments.
