◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellation of pre-ordered items is generally not possible.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
