When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount, in addition to the shipping fee.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for pre-order items, before shipping.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanged items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items that have odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
