◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
