◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are generally not accepted, except in cases of product defects. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items that have absorbed smells such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
