◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations for pre-ordered items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items with tags attached.
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for various costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
