◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations for pre-ordered items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, used items, or laundered items, so please be careful.

3. In the case of an exchange due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping / re-shipment shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
