◼️Return Policy
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only possible if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items with tags attached.
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this period.
