Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.

We will notify you of any additional shipping costs, including for pre-ordered items, before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping/reshipping).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that if the deadline is exceeded, exchanges will not be accepted for any reason.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amount (free shipping eligible amount and shipping eligible amount) is shipped separately, shipping will be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item with a shipping fee of less than ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) + a pre-order item with a shipping fee of less than ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax).
If each item meets the conditions, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
