◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

For reserved items, you will be notified of any separate shipping fees before shipment.
Also, if you inquire before placing your order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with cigarette smoke, perfume, or other odors, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping/reshipment shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
If the deadline is exceeded, exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason, so please be aware.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on their product value (free shipping threshold vs. items subject to shipping fees), shipping fees may be incurred for each item shipped individually, depending on the purchased item value.
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item costing ¥9900 (excluding tax) that incurs shipping because it's under ¥10,000, and a pre-order item costing ¥9900 (excluding tax) that also incurs shipping because it's under ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
