In addition, it usually takes about 5 to 7 days to get items from our regular warehouse stock.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be incurred, regardless of the total purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

For separate shipping notifications, including pre-order items, we will notify you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before ordering, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amount (free shipping amount and shipping eligible amount) results in separate shipments, shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for less than ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee, such as ¥9,900 (tax excluded), and a pre-order item for less than ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee, such as ¥9,900 (tax excluded).
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
