When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping charges, including for reserved items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer's convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of an exchange due to customer's convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping
A point to note is that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amount (free shipping amount and amount subject to shipping charges) requires separate shipments, shipping charges may apply for each shipment depending on the total product amount purchased.
(Example) This applies when you purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee, e.g., ¥9,900, and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee, e.g., ¥9,900, at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
