◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will inform you about separate shipping fees, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
They must also be unused (with tags attached).
We will not accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point of caution is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and if the product amounts (free shipping amount and shipping fee applicable amount) are shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 with shipping fee ¥9,900 (tax excluded) + a pre-order item under ¥10,000 with shipping fee ¥9,900 (tax excluded).
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping fees will not be incurred for individual shipments.
