◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even for free shipping.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

For separate shipping fee notifications, including for pre-order items, we will inform you before shipping.
Additionally, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Except for products with defects, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
They must also be unused (with tags attached).
We will not accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee).

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point of caution is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items at the same time, and if the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are sent separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
This applies, for example, when purchasing an in-stock item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax) and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax) at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
