◼️Shipping to Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas will incur separate shipping fees.
When shipping to remote island areas, regardless of the purchase amount, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

For pre-ordered items, we will notify you of any additional shipping fees before shipment.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product has defects. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and if the total product amount (free shipping eligible amount and shipping eligible amount) is shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item shipped depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs shipping for items under ¥10,000, and a pre-order item of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs shipping for items under ¥10,000.
