Also, it takes approximately 5 to 7 days to retrieve items from our normal warehouse inventory.

There may be some fluctuation depending on delivery circumstances from the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
For deliveries to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

For pre-ordered items, we will notify you of any separate shipping fees before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before ordering, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Cancellations for pre-ordered items are generally not accepted)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
They must also be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items, and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items at the same time, and if the item amounts (free shipping eligible amount and shipping fee eligible amount) are shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item shipped depending on the purchased item amount.
(Example) This applies when you purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax) + a pre-order item under ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee (¥9,900 excluding tax) at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
