◼️Shipping to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other regions will incur additional charges.
When shipping to remote island areas, regardless of the purchase amount, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping charges, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanged items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping/reshipping fees).

4. Please contact us and return the product within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and if the items are shipped separately (e.g., if one item qualifies for free shipping and the other does not), shipping fees may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchase amount of the items.
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee (e.g., ¥9,900) and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee (e.g., ¥9,900).
If the conditions for free shipping are met for each individual item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
