◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for pre-ordered items, before shipment.
You can also inquire about the charges before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns are not accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, returns must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-ordered items
Please note that if you purchase pre-ordered items and in-stock items simultaneously, and if the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are sent separately, shipping charges may apply for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excl. tax) that incurs shipping charges (e.g., ¥9,900) and a pre-ordered item under ¥10,000 (excl. tax) that incurs shipping charges (e.g., ¥9,900) simultaneously.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping charges will not be incurred for individual shipments.
