◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote islands, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for reserved items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases of product defects, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and reserved items
Please note that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the total amount (amount eligible for free shipping vs. amount subject to shipping fees) is shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchase amount.
For example: If you purchase an in-stock item that incurs shipping for under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) and a reserved order item that incurs shipping for under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) simultaneously.
If the conditions are met for each item individually, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
