◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you. Please be aware of this in advance.

Regarding separate shipping fee notifications, including pre-order items, we will inform you before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, only unused items (with tags attached) will be accepted.
Please note that we will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for all expenses (return shipping / re-shipping fees).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amount (free shipping eligible amount and shipping fee applicable amount) results in separate shipments, shipping fees may be incurred for each shipment depending on the purchased product amount.
This applies, for example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item with a shipping fee under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) priced at ¥9,900, and a pre-order item with a shipping fee under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) priced at ¥9,900.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping fees will not be incurred for individual shipments.
